Mobile Presentation
System (MPS) |

Thanks to the kind assistance of
Montclair State faculty, OIT has successfully tested a new Mobile
Presentation System concept. There are currently six MPS units (5 PC units
and 1 MAC unit) for loan to the faculty.
A MPS unit includes a
multimedia laptop, data projector, speaker, a 25 ft. electric extension
cord, a 4 port electric strip and related cables neatly stored in a handy
rolling type luggage cart. As part of this expanded phase of this project,
faculty will be asked to participate in one or more surveys in order assess
and evaluate the success of the project. Based on the feedback, it is hoped
that another 5 units will be added to the project before September 2004
To reserve a Mobile
Presentation System unit and arrange for a one time orientation, faculty
should email Stanley Henry at
