MSU-ISP for Students |

The MSU-ISP is for off-campus use only. There will be
telephone charges associated with the use of the account if you
select a dial-up number that is a toll call from your home. There
may be no telephone charges if you select a dial-up number that is
a local call from your home. The matter of access charges will be
determined by the particular agreement you have with your
telephone service provider. Because payment of all telephone
charges is the sole responsibility of the user of the MSU-ISP
account, it is very important to make certain the dial-up number
selected is a local call from your location. Some users find it
convenient to dial "0" from their home telephone,
and ask the operator if the selected number is local or toll.Important

Although MSU has attempted to make
sure that phone numbers for access to MSU-ISP cover the majority of the NJ area,
there are some areas that do not have local phone numbers. Please verify phone
numbers BEFORE using the MSU-ISP as you may incur toll charges. MSU cannot be
responsible for any charges or costs that an individual may incur through use of
the MSU-ISP
MSU reserves the right to shutdown the MSU-ISP at any time due to system
maintenance, campus infrastructure issues or any other incident. MSU is not responsible for any damages (including academic) that may result from
MSU-ISP
being unavailable for any length of time.

faculty and staff of the University.

All students with a NetID account
are automatically enrolled in the MSU-ISP. For more instruction on setting up a
NetID account, please visit NetID for Students. Your username and password for MSU-ISP will be the same as your
NetID and password.
