I have been employed at Montclair for 6 six years where I have had the good fortune of supporting faculty providing leadership in developing a community around teaching and learning using technology. Through my direction, I have provided opportunities for faculty to explore innovative teaching methodologies that promote a learning environment that encourages collaboration, critical thinking, and exploration, responsive to a diverse community of learners. In addition, my vast teaching experience in both higher education and adult instruction have provided me with the necessary background to understand learners’ needs facilitating an online and blended learning environment.

Currently, I am pursuing my Doctorial degree in Education, where I completed my coursework in Instructional Design and Online Learning. My studies have included extensive knowledge of teaching theory and current research and practice in faculty development.

 When I am not working or studying, you can usually find me in the ballpark, soccer field, or basketball court watching Ryan. Married for 15 years, our newest addition to our family is Dee Jay, our Wheaton Terrier puppy.
